Instructions for students enrolling for Crash Course PUC-II 2010

Please read carefully the instructions given below.

  1. Our crash course for PUC II-2010 commence from 09-Mar-2009
  2. Payment of fee is through DD/Cheque/cash. Please call us for details.
  3. Any refund will be given through a crossed cheque in the name of the parent.
  4. Timings: Our classes are between 9:00AM to 1:30PM. We will not consider any request to change the timing.

Special instructions to students and parents:

  1. Students are required to carry  A4 size note books to take class notes.
  2. Parents are requested to meet the teachers regarding progress of their ward with prior appointment.
  3. Students are requested to consult the faculty before buying any text books.
  4. Progress card will be issued to each student in every three weeks. Parents are requested to go through the card and can call/meet the director in case of any concerns.
  5. Any leave should be planned atleast two days in advance and has to submit a leave letter duly signed by parent.
  6. Change of batch is not allowed. However mutual exchange of batch can be done under exceptional circumstances on payment of Rs. 500.
  7. Students are advised to check the notice board for any announcements.
  8. Teachers are available for One hour after the test on Saturday for consultation.
  9. Institute is not responsible for any loss of vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked at your own risk.
  10. Mobile phone are strictly prohibited inside the class room. However if a student is required to carry the phone, he/she should take prior permission from the director and must keep the mobile either in switch off or silent mode. (vibration mode is not allowed inside the classroom)
